Tokyo Ghoul is a fantastic anime IMO, top 3. its a action suspense sort of deal, where the world is inhabited by humans and "ghouls" which are basicly people that have superpowers, but can only eat humans.

I have seen a bit of this,and it is decent. I will put it up on plex when I can find a good quality source for it.
